I am sure that you all know Twilight, either the book or movie, sooner than me. Hehehe. I knew this book since late 2008, but I haven't got a chance to buy, or to lend, even to read it. So, I think I'll wait for the movie. When the movie showed up around Desember 2008 or January 2009, I didn't have time to go to the cinema! Until exactly last night, my brother asked me if I'm interested to see Twilight with him. I couldn't agree more. It's even better! My mom suddenly showed up and then agree to see it with us.
I do not know anything about it! I haven't read the book nor the review, I don't know the characters. All I know that it's about a family of vampire. So, I was expecting to see the thrilling scenes. I did see it, only not as much as I expected before. It's talking about the love story more than about the vampire. Yeah, love story between a woman and a vampire..a vegetarian vampire! It's so funny, of course I don't believe such a thing exist in the real world.
Anyway, TWILIGHT tells the story of 17-year-old Bella Swan who moves to the small town of Forks, to live with her father. She becomes drawn to Edward Cullen, a pale, mysterious classmate who seems determined to push her away. But neither can deny the attraction that pulls them together...even when Edward confides that he and his family are vampires. Their unorthodox romance puts her in physical danger when Edward's nemesis comes to town and sets his sights on Bella.
I like the baseball scene. I think it's so thriling, or more like a superhero family playing baseball, only this time, it's a vampire..oh a vegetarian vampire. LOL. I like the word, vegetarian vampire. Ugh I love it when James, Loren and Veronica showed up. I really like the battle scene in baseball field. It's so cool!
What I love the most of this movie is a deep and sincere love story between Bella and Edward. I think it's very wise of Edward to choose not to make Bella as a vampire though she wants it soo bad. The last scene is so emotional and romantic. You know, the prom scene with a beautilful set. It's very beautiful , isn't it?! Edward's love to Bella is so original, so deep, so thoughtful. It reminds me of Dave. He is so much like Edward. I clearly understand when Edward want to get out from Bella's life (in the hospital scene). So that Edward won't hurt Bella.
The bottom line : I like the movie. Though there are some part that I don't like. For example, the battle scene with James. I think it's too easy to kill James. Plus Lorent already told them that James is so mean and so powerful. But it feels too easy to kill him. Aggh...ogh I have to be honest, I don't like the ending. but the ending actually is okay.
I am definitely hoping that they would make the second movie of twilight.
